NYC for Christmas

This year we went to New York for Christmas, and now I never wanna stay at home ever again over the Christmas period. It was amazing, for once I felt the Christmas spirit. New York is magical at Christmas its really busy with tourists and lots of Christmas decorations and shows.

My christmas day was the best day ever.Woke up at 8am to open my presents

 Went for an american breakfast
Went to watch Knicks vs Boston Celtics at 12pm at Madison Square Gardens (Basketball match)
Then went back to the hotel for a outfit change
Went for a michelin starred christmas dinner 4:30pm
Went to watch Chicago at the theatre 7pm (Ill admit it, I did fall asleep)
Then when we got back to our hotel a cleaner was messing around outside our room me not thinking anything of it, i asked her why are you hovering around my room. Walk inside to champagne and flowers.

Whilst in New York we did everything a tourist would, we walked over the Brooklyn Bridge and took a thousand photos,  Skated on the ice rink Christmas eve, and strolled through central park. Watched a film at Broadway, watched the Knicks, Went up the empire estate building, kissed under the Rockafella tree, went to 1oak, went to Bubby's for breakfast, visited little Italy, China town and the Meat Packing District.

People: everyone is a tourist
Weather: in december its cold, freezing cold. Buy thermals.
Food: Everything its America!
Expense: Very expensive, and you have to tip which makes it even more expensive
Transport: Metro's very accessible and frequent
