Lunch Date @ The Wilderness

The Wilderness what a little gem. Thank god for searching fine dining Birmingham and clicking on their website and then researching further.
You don't need a silver fork to eat good food
It took a while to find which I guess you could say added to the experience. The restaurant is set within a warehouse and as you enter its very small and cosy. The interior has incorporated the wilderness feel which includes a wall made of leaves and branches going up the walls. The tables are so shiny the ceiling reflects which I loved as it looked like the sky.

This was my second time visiting and again I couldn’t fault it. I just love it more every time. The food looks like art and tastes out of this world. The dining experience lasts for 2 hours and you don’t want to leave, you just want to try more and more. The staff are always lovely and they explain about the dish and if you choose the drink pairing they will explain why they have chosen that drink. I love dining at the Wilderness it’s my favourite place. I would recommend this place to everyone and to be honest I think I already have, the day after.

£35 per person or £70 for the drink person, bargain!
